Birth Certificate
Previous School Report Card (if applicable)
Transfer Certificate (for Class II onwards)
Aadhar Card of Student and Parent/Guardian
Use correct spelling for the student’s name as per official documents.
Provide a valid mobile number and email ID, as all communication will be sent through these details.
Upload documents in the prescribed format and size only.
Once the form is submitted, no changes will be allowed without contacting the school office.
Submission of the online form does not guarantee admission.
Admission will be confirmed only after document verification and fee payment.
The school reserves the right to accept or reject any application as per its admission policy.
